These Terms and Conditions apply to Uber benefits provided to eligible members of Manly Leagues & Co as part of the Co Club Rewards.
The Uber benefit is available only to current financial members of Manly Leagues & Co who are eligible for the applicable Co Club Rewards.
The Uber benefit available to each member will be determined by their current membership tier.
Members must have an active Uber account and access to the Uber application to redeem and use the Uber benefit.
The Club reserves the right to verify a member’s eligibility before providing or approving an Uber benefit.
Participation in the Uber Program is not automatic.
Eligible members who wish to participate in the Uber Program must complete and submit an Uber Program Application Form.
Submission of an application form does not guarantee acceptance into the Uber Program.
By submitting an application form, the member agrees to comply with the Uber Program Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions communicated by Manly Leagues & Co.
Manly Leagues & Co reserves the right to approve or decline an application for participation in the Uber Program based on the eligibility requirements of the program.
The Club may require additional information from an applicant before approving their participation in the Uber Program.
The member must provide accurate and current information when completing the application form and must notify the Club of any changes to their details.
Once an application has been approved, the member will be advised of their eligibility to participate in the Uber Program and the Uber benefit available to them based on their current Rewards Program tier.
Manly Leagues & Co reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member’s participation in the Uber Program if the member provides false or misleading information, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise misuses the Uber benefit.
Approval to participate in the Uber Program may be reviewed by the Club at any time.
Participation in the Uber Program is personal to the approved member and cannot be transferred to another person.
Eligible members may receive the following Uber benefit:
The maximum benefit available is based on the member’s tier at the time the Uber benefit is issued or redeemed.
Any amount exceeding the value of the Uber benefit is the responsibility of the member.
The number of Uber trips available to a member is capped according to their Co Club Rewards tier.
Unused Uber benefits do not accumulate or carry over to the following day, unless otherwise determined by the Club.
Each Uber benefit can only be used for one eligible trip.
Once a member has reached their maximum number of eligible trips for the applicable period, no further Uber benefits will be available until the commencement of the next applicable period.
Uber services are provided by Uber and its associated drivers and are subject to Uber’s own terms and conditions.
The Club is not responsible for the availability, operation or quality of Uber services.
The Club does not guarantee that an Uber service will be available at a particular time or location.
Members are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct collection and destination addresses when booking an Uber trip.
Members are responsible for any costs associated with an Uber trip that exceed the value of the Uber benefit.
Uber benefits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other Club benefit, product or service.
Uber benefits are personal to the eligible member and must not be sold, transferred or exchanged.
The Uber benefit is provided to eligible members as a membership transport benefit and is not offered as an inducement to consume liquor, gamble or participate in gaming activities at the Club.
The Uber benefit must not be used in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
The Club may suspend or cancel a member’s Uber benefit where it reasonably believes that the benefit has been obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Uber benefit is provided as a membership transport benefit and is not intended to encourage excessive, rapid or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.
Members are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and in accordance with the Club’s Responsible Service of Alcohol practices and applicable NSW liquor laws.
The Uber benefit is not conditional upon the purchase or consumption of alcohol.
A member’s Uber benefit is based on their current Co Club Rewards tier.
If a member’s tier changes, the Uber benefits available to that member may change accordingly.
The Club reserves the right to determine when changes to a member’s tier and associated Uber benefits take effect.
It is the member’s responsibility to notify Manly Leagues Club if they move to a higher eligible membership tier and wish to have their Uber Program benefit updated.
Any increase to a member’s Uber benefit as a result of moving to a higher membership tier will only take effect once the member has notified the Club and the change has been confirmed and approved by the Club.
Manly Leagues & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Uber benefit or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
The Club may introduce additional conditions, restrictions or eligibility requirements from time to time.
To the extent permitted by law, Manly Leagues & Co is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation or other issue arising from the use of Uber services.
Any concerns or complaints relating directly to an Uber journey or Uber service should be directed to Uber.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
The Uber benefit is subject to availability and any applicable conditions imposed by Uber.
The Club’s decision regarding eligibility for, and administration of, the Uber benefit will be final, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Co Club Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Manly Leagues & Co reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
